The apartment is located in the green lung of
Berlin: Tiergarten/ Hansaviertel. It is on the third floor of a tower block,
which was built 1957 for an international building exhibition and has been since
1995 protected by monument conservation. Not far away from Bellevue - the German
presidents residence.
The apartment was renovated in winter 2007. It consists of one room, which has
been split with a wall system (useable from both sides).
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all conveniences.
The area is ideal, if you work in the city.
You will have the best transportation connections: the apartment block is
facing the subway station "Bellevue", that means only 1 stop from
the main train station, 2 stops from "Friedrichstraße" and the parliament
district and the embassies.
And again, only 2 stops from train station Zoo/Kudamm. To get to the international airport Berlin Schönefeld, you don't even need to change train. Also many places of interest, such as the "Straße des 17. Juni" with the "Siegesäule" and the "Brandenburger Tor" are close by.
